Instant Movie Events are simply movie sessions that a fundraising group has selected to promote to their community as a fundraiser
There is nothing to organise - all they do is promote the event
We manage all other aspects of your fundraiser..

Instant event group pricing varies from Cinema to cinema. We will be forwarding an email to the cinema of your choice requesting this information as part of the Event Creation.
We have had groups set an Event ticket price as low as $12 and as high as $30.
Much depends on the type of fundraiser and the group price of the hosting cinema.
If you have Cinema Catering then obviously this will increase the ticket price.
One we have the group booking price etc from the cinema we can then build the event.
NONE: All you have to do is use this app to select your Film - Date - Session Slot and Ticket Price and your event is created.

From that point on we do all of the work apart from the promotion.
It is essential - as with any fundraiser - that you constantly promote the event via Facebook, Compass, Flexibuzz, etc.
YES !!All cinemas will have a minimum number of tickets (usually 15) to be booked and purchased in order to receive the group booking discount price. Most bona fide fundraisers have no problems selling fifteen or more admissions.
This varies from cinema to cinema and may be requested in the booking email.
They may be able provide a foyer table or area for you to hand these out with the event tickets if required.
Simply by using this app. You select your event movie from a selection of upcoming movies that most cinemas will be screening.
YES !! We include a "Donate" button on each Event Ticket Plan for those who may not be able to attend your event but still wish to support your cause.
The only fee is a 5% booking fee which includes the SQUARE credit card processing fee.
There are no other charges or fees that will be applied to your event - unless you elect to offer pre-show drinks etc..

Once your event seating plan is "live" we will manage every aspect of the Fundraiser.
* We monitor the online bookings and process the EFTPOS sales
* We provide daily updates via your event dashboard and regular email reports to the event organiser
* At the conclusion of the event we remit the event profit as per your instructions.
You do not do anything other than promote your event
