Early images of the original 300 seat auditorium and the upstairs restaurant
The seating was sourced from a recently closed Mildura theatre - an eventual casualty of black and white television at that stage - it is certainly not the way things can be done today.
The auditorium was reseated with Camatic seating in 1985.
This 300 seat auditorium was split into Cinema 1 with 187 seats and Cinema 2 80 seats in 1999.
The lower image is the upstairs restaurant which was converted to the current auditoriums 3 and 4 in 2000.
